Doyin is a chartered HR and compliance professional with over 13 years’ experience in People Management, Organizational Policy, Talent Acquisition and Management, Performance Management, HR Strategy Formulation and Project Implementation.

Her experiences span across different segments of the financial industry from asset management to Insurance as well as pension industries where she has led human resources as well as supported within the compliance segments of these businesses. Doyin boasts of a unique set of experiences that allows her to perform optimally in a business support function given her versatility as well as project management capabilities. Doyin currently oversees the corporate services teams whilst also looking after the business support group of CFG Africa.
