She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rome Business School and has built extensive experience across various segments of the financial services industry, including Asset Management, Insurance, and Pensions, where she has led Human Resources functions and supported compliance and business operations.

Doyin brings a versatile combination of strategic leadership, people management, operational excellence, and project management expertise, enabling her to drive business transformation and provide effective leadership across corporate and business support functions.

She currently serves as Head of Corporate Services at CFG Africa, where she provides strategic oversight of the Corporate Services and Business Support functions, supporting the organisation’s people, culture, governance, operational efficiency, and overall business growth agenda.
